If for some reason you want to cancel your order, it must be done within 24 hours after you have placed the order. You can simply email Customer Service at PowerSellers.firstname.lastname@example.org with the automatic receipt sent to you by us and state: "I want to cancel this order". Alternatively, you can email us your Order Number, the Ship to: Name and Address, Item(s) Description, and request cancellation. You may return an unopened item within 30 days after your purchase. Returned items must be postmarked to a date within this time period. The cost of shipping must also be paid for by you. Please provide any reasons for the return or cancellation. Your feedback will be greatly appreciated.
Normal processing time is 24 hours and Ground shipping to your destination (US-Mainland) will take approximately 5-7 business days. Shipping may take longer depending on the quantity of your order. For example, if you order a large quantity (e.g., 1,000 units) shipping would probably take longer. Also, items may be shipped separately.
